It was a shame to not be able to attend class. I asked my friends what they learned during the class with Dr Fariza. The topic discussed was on Photography. I was told that the class was really interesting. Dr Fariza showed the class pictures that she took when she was travelling and during outing with her other students. Dr Fariza taught them about the filters that we always encounter on mobile photo apps like VSCO cam. I have a few photography apps but I don't really know how to adjust to make my photos more interesting.
I made some research and these are what I got.
Aperture is referred to the lens diaphragm opening inside a photographic lens. The size of the diaphragm opening in a camera lens regulates the amount of light passes through onto the film inside the camera the moment when the shutter curtain in camera opens during an exposure process.
Depth of field (DOF)
It refers to the range of distance that appears acceptably sharp. It varies depending on camera type, aperture and focusing distance, although print size and viewing distance can also influence our perception of depth of field.
